Each wine has its own cheese: aromatic intensity, structure, freshness... An initiation around five cheeses and five wines to decipher under what conditions the two elements enhance each other.
This workshop is open to all audiences without prior knowledge of the wine world.
As this is a wine tasting workshop, the room is reserved for people over 18 years old. For safety reasons, no children between 0 and 18 years old may accompany an adult.
The appetizers tasted during this workshop contain products containing: gluten, lactose, meat products (beef and pork). We have carefully selected each wine according to each specialty; no culinary substitutions can be considered.
