On the programme

🕘 On the program for your day at the estate:

From 9:30 a.m. – Welcome of participants
We welcome you with a coffee or tea to start the day off right.

10:15 a.m. – Guided walk through the vineyards
Accompanied by Guillaume, embark on a stroll through the heart of our vineyard. Discover the many facets of the Vouvray AOC terroirs and learn more about vineyard management, including our use of cover crops to preserve the balance of our soils.

12:30 p.m. – Complimentary aperitif & picnic from the bag
Back at the estate, we offer you a friendly drink before sitting down to eat.
Bring your picnic! A vine-lined barbecue will be available for your grilling. And if the sky clouds over, our troglodyte cave will provide you with a charming shelter.

2:30 p.m. – Guided tour of our troglodyte caves
Immerse yourself in the history of Vouvray and the estate with a visit to our ancient cellars dug into the tuffeau stone, true witnesses to the local wine-growing heritage.

4:30 p.m. – Effervescence workshop: fine bubbles in action
Attend a demonstration of the traditional technique of disgorging on the fly and discover the secrets of making our fine bubbles.

6:00 p.m. – Drawing & closing drink
Six bottles of our vintages are up for grabs in our raffle!
The day ends with a last glass, to celebrate together this beautiful meeting between passion for wine and art of living.
