In Corneilhan, a rural village in Languedoc, the Domaine viticole Émile & Rose has been cultivated using organic farming methods since 2001. Taken over by the Béziers residents Anne-Laure & Marc Royo in 2018, the organic vineyard now covers 27 hectares. The tasting and sales cellar is open from Monday to Saturday during the day.
At the Émile & Rose estate, the vines produce excellent micro-vintages, mainly single-varietal wines aged in amphorae.
The specificity of the estate remains the famous white Carignan planted by the ancestors in the 1930s and the orange wine popularized in France by the Estate at the beginning of the century!
The AB-labeled vineyard is made up of plots on small hillsides where historic or rare Mediterranean grape varieties such as Aramon, Alicante, white and black Carignan, black and white Grenache grow side by side... As you will see on our online store. See you soon in Hérault!
