Wine reveals a very wide aromatic palette ranging from plants to fruits, some of which are unsuspected or difficult to identify. During a meal, especially when ordering a good bottle, it is always pleasant to know how to identify the aromas that make the wine's identity, its originality, and to know how to talk about it with the right language.... Who has never dreamed of talking about a wine like the great sommeliers? With our training, improve or reveal your olfactory abilities and learn the art of tasting. Don't worry, the sense of smell is primarily a matter of memory, so all you need is practice to get there! The training takes place in 2 stages: Theoretical part (45 min): - Explanations on the origin of aromas, yeasts, soils, grape varieties. What gives wine its organoleptic characteristics and where do its aromas come from? Discover the aromatic characteristics of the main grape varieties. - The different aromatic families. Practical part (1h15): - Learn to recognize different aromas by developing your sense of smell with our "Wine Nose" aromatic kit. A fun experience where you have to blindly guess the scents contained in different bottles. - Tasting tips and steps: know how to taste and describe wine using professional vocabulary. - Tasting: Identify and list the aromas present in the four different vintages that you will taste at the end of the training. Will you be able to identify the different grape varieties? To finish, a short quiz will test your new skills. The person with the best results will be rewarded. Surprise!
