A family property built up over 3 generations, Domaine Vayssette is located in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards in the Occitanie region of France. On a mosaic of parcels that shape our 27 hectares, we offer a wide and varied range of wines.
Endemic grape varieties such as Duras, Braucol, Prunelart, Ondenc, Mauzac and Loin de 'Oeil make up our cuvées. As an independent winegrower, we work with a desire for authenticity and respect for our terroir's environment, with the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) label.
