It is the story of a family that goes back to Jean TOULZE born in 1740 with a long line of Farmers and Winegrowers who succeeded one another from Father to Son and Daughter.
The last of these descendants (7 generations), Michel ISSALY, chose to work on a very complex concept based around a terroir and a man, between a unique place marked by different characteristics and the character of a person with his qualities, his faults and his aspirations to give wines that have meaning at the time of tasting where we find all the energy of a soil and indigenous grape varieties.
This Estate has long been a pioneer in the fight for excellent production, faithful to its terroir and its local grape varieties.
These are pure wines with a unique vibration and emotion.
Today, this Estate still stands as a leader in the environmental field and in adapting to the constraints linked to climate change.
