On the programme

Château de Chausse invites you to an immersive wine tasting experience that engages the senses.With your eyes blindfolded, you will draw on your other senses to develop a deeper understanding of the wine’s flavour and aroma. By depriving the eyes of visual information, the other senses—such as taste and smell—are heightened and can be better appreciated. Blind tasting is an experience that allows you to better appreciate the different nuances of a wine’s flavour and aroma. We offer you the chance to enjoy this experience as a couple or in a group in our private tasting room.
