On the programme

This event is an opportunity to discover our wine cellar. Between vats, barrels and stainless steel vats, we will have the opportunity to discuss the winegrower's job as well as the wine-making process.

The activity continues with a unique sensory experience. In the depths of our cellar, rediscover your senses through three activities:

First, a workshop on smell invites you to detect the different aromas of wine. With your sense of smell as your only guide, will you be able to identify the everyday scents found in certain wines?

In a second phase, a workshop on taste awakens your taste buds. Through the tasting of flavoured waters, find out where the taste buds that detect the 4 primary flavours are located: will you be able to recognise sweetness, saltiness, acidity and bitterness?

Finally, after effort comes comfort! We end this animation by tasting 3 original food and wine matches with artisanal products: salmon rillettes with dill and Riesling, venison terrine with hazelnuts and Pinot Gris, goat cheese and Gewürztraminer spread.
