As temperatures begin to drop, Château Champion offers a warm and comforting option.
We begin the activity with a guided tour of our property, a moment of exchange to discover our commitments and our know-how in the vineyards and our cellars .
We continue with an introduction to wine tasting with 3 wines from our productions.
The activity concludes with a raclette featuring cured meats and cheeses , accompanied by boiled potatoes , pickles , and two glasses of wine per person (one bottle of wine for every three people). The meal will end with regional sweet specialties such as canelés and macarons , as well as coffee.
