Since 1998, Christine and Gilles Chelin have been passionately cultivating the Les Vaucorneilles estate. Nestled on the banks of the Loire, in the heart of the Pays des Châteaux, the estate covers 12 hectares of vines in the TOURAINE appellation, in Onzain (Loir-et-Cher, France). For Gilles, each season is a new adventure where he seeks to enhance the aromas of his terroir. An independent winemaker , he crafts wines in his own image: authentic and full of character, reflecting both the climate of the year and the meticulous care taken at each stage, from the vine to the bottle. Gilles and Christine cultivate their vines by integrating organic methods with sustainable agriculture . The grapes are harvested by hand .
